You can report a repair to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will then give all repairs a priority according to the type of repair.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Our Compliance Team and fix360 are currently working on a cyclical schedule to ensure all of our properties have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
Electrical installations and wiring can deteriorate over time or show signs of age, but you would never notice it until it was too late. EICRs check the overall condition of the electrical installation in the property, and it will help pick up on any faults or electrical damages, and also any wiring that doesn’t meet the current regulations.
We will notify you when we will require access to your property and arrange an appointment time to suit you. Our operatives will explain the whole process upon arrival to minimise any disruption.
