Important Notice - Duplicate Direct Debit Issue

From 11am today (Monday 11 December) any customers who paid a duplicate Direct Debit payment last week and have not yet been refunded will receive a refund from our Direct Debit suppliers, Allpay.

They will also write to you directly to apologise for the error and explain the details of your refund. The letter will state that if you incurred banking charges as a result of the duplicate payment you will be reimbursed those charges once you provide details.

In the meantime Allpay are continuing to investigate what happened and will update us shortly. Although our records show that no duplicate payments were made to Your Housing we again apologise for any stress or inconvenience this may have caused.
