Your Assurance is all about scrutiny and holding us to account in a more formal way through our group-wide Customer Assurance Panel (CAP).

Members of the CAP will look at performance for the areas they scrutinise, working closely with local customers, mystery shoppers, customer inspectors and focus groups.
