Repairs and adaptations

You can report a repair to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will then give all repairs a priority according to the type of repair.

  • To report a repair, please complete and submit our online repair form. We will then contact you using your preferred method to book an appointment.
  • If your repair is an emergency, please call Your Response immediately on 0345 345 0272.
  • To enquire about existing repairs, please fill out our repair enquiry form.

 * Please note that the repairs booklet does not apply to Shared Ownership, Keyworker, Hive and Commercial Properties.

Making changes to your home or using specific aids can help you carry out day-to-day activities and may allow you to stay in your home.
