Notice of Proposal to Enter Into One or More Qualifying Long-Term Agreements Where Public Notice Is Required

Your Housing Group is committed to investing in housing and our Capital Investment Programme 2018 to 2022 is designed to achieve this. To deliver works through the programme Your Housing Group Limited on behalf of its current and future subsidiaries wish to enter into three (3) qualifying long-term agreements that by law we are required to consult leaseholders on. This Notice is a Notice of Proposal and is part of a process known as a Section 20 consultation under Schedule 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003.
As the landlord, Your Housing Group Limited is required to give notice to all leaseholders where service charge can be recovered under the terms of the lease and to any recognised tenants’ associations. Our records show that you are a leaseholder or recognised tenants' association of Your Housing Group Limited and should receive this Notice of Proposal.
As part of a full and transparent Section 20 consultation you are invited to inspect all pertinent documentation including the specification, method statements and rates.
