fix360 becomes FENSA accredited

Following an intensive application process, fix360 has been awarded full member accreditation status with FENSA.

FENSA is a government-authorised scheme, associated with the replacement of doors and windows to ensure installations meet building regulation compliance.

During the application process, fix360 had to successfully demonstrate that they have the necessary knowledge and understanding to undertake works to comply with government-approved documents, in relation to fire safety and means of escape, safety glazing, adequate means of ventilation, heat loss reduction and disabled access into buildings.

Guy Bebbington, Managing Director of fix360, said: “This accreditation demonstrates fix360’s commitment to making Your Housing Group’s homes a safer place to live. It ensures our residents receive the highest level of service and peace of mind, knowing that all works will be undertaken by skilled and competent people.”

As part of the accreditation, fix360 will receive annual external auditing from FENSA to ensure rigorous standards are always maintained.

This is another welcome step in fix360’s journey.
