Your Home Hub launched for all YHG customers
Your Housing Group are delighted to announce our new online account, Your Home Hub, is now available for all of our customers.
Designed with our customers in mind, Your Home Hub provides users with the convenience to make payments in their own time, report and book repairs at a time that suits, update profiles, as well as giving access to our useful knowledge base*, full of information on YHG homes. Better still, customers can do all of this without ever having to wait on hold.

If you're a Your Housing Group customer, all you need to do is activate your account using your tenancy information by following these simple steps:
Simply visit yourhomehub.co.uk or download the app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Register with your email address and chosen password, then confirm your account.
Complete the 3-step identification process using your tenancy information.
You will now have access to your rent account via Your Home Hub.
