The Hope Centre
Hope House provide vocational skills, employment and work, social care services and support and mentoring.
They now play a vital role in responding to the growing needs of the community in identifying, preventing and managing mild to moderate mental health conditions.
Courses available include:
The New ‘BREATHE’ Programme
BREATHE is an accredited programme for those suffering with mild to moderate mental health issues. The programme consists of 1x 6 week course with an additional 2 individual toolkit sessions. The new course format will be delivered over an 8 week period for 2/3 hours a week.
Courses included within the programme are:
* Positive Self-Esteem & Confidence
* Ambition (Goal setting) Toolkit Session
* Assertiveness Toolkit Session
We have a new partnership with Job Centre Plus, to offer our unique Breathe course with an employability focus.
Wednesday mornings: 10-1pm & afternoons: 1.30-4.30pm.
