We’re a not-for-profit business, so the money we bring in from selling and renting properties, all goes back into services and home improvements we bring to you.

Costs
Whilst our income has increased, so have our operating costs. Over the last year, we have spent over £39 million more than the year before, taking our outgoings to £191.7 million.
Out utility bills, much like everyone elses across the UK, have also seen a significant rise, increasing by £3 million.
We own and manage over 29,000 properties and at the end of the last financial year (March 2023) remain financially in a good place and are therefore able to continue with our home improvements plan and building new homes to support the national housing crisis.
