Your Housing Group has dedicated Tenancy Management Officers to ensure you have direct contact with us so we can deliver the right service at the right time for you. They are your consistent point of contact throughout your tenancy.


What is my Tenancy Management Officer responsible for?

  • Delivering an efficient customer centric generic housing management service.
  • Coordinating and supporting resident associations and local community led priority neighbourhood initiatives.
  •  Supporting various working groups and door knocking initiatives to ensure we keep to our customer connect pledges.
  • Supporting weekly/monthly and quarterly local drop-in services at local community hubs.
  • Providing you with accurate and appropriate advice regarding the tenancy obligations of tenant and landlord and rights and responsibilities.
  • Providing help with paying rent and financial support.
  • Conducting home visits at the start of your tenancy to capture any changing circumstances to households and ensure any support is provided. The safety and wellbeing of our customers are paramount always.
  • Enforcing the terms of the tenancy agreement where necessary and referring and escalating any reports from customers to ASB legal officers.
  • Supporting any block inspections or access visits with building safety and compliance teams so that we keep your home and building safe. This also ensures we are compliant to legislation and regulation regarding building safely and fire prevention.
  • Resolving environmental issues e.g., open areas, fly tipping, litter, graffiti, repairs, abandoned vehicles, abandoned properties, dog fouling, and vandalism in a timely and efficient way supported by our site compliance officers and communal facilities agents.
