Recruitment stages

Our five stage interview process

  1. Review - Our Talent Specialists review your application and check you meet the core competencies of the role.
  2. Online interview - You’ll have an informal video interview so we can get to know each other.
  3. Formal interview - Next, there’s a more in-depth interview with you in person. This includes skills, experience, and values based questions or a task.
  4. Feedback - Each and every candidate that has invested time with us receives constructive feedback.
  5. Offer - We make our offer to the candidate who is most suited to the role and aligned to our company values and culture.
