Read our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) were introduced by the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) in 2023 as a way of reporting on registered landlords’ performance. This is the third year we have reported our TSMs results, and it is encouraging to see steady improvement year on year.
