Between 26 January and 26 March, 73 homes received full roof renewals. This investment addressed ageing roofs that could no longer be maintained through everyday repairs, providing a long‑term solution that supports safe, secure and well-maintained homes.
The works were delivered by DASCO Construction and began from scratch at the start of the year. Thanks to strong partnership working and effective planning, a significant number of roofs were completed in just 12 weeks. Improvement works are continuing across the estate into this financial year.
Alongside the new roofs, homes also benefitted from:
- New roofline products
- New rainwater goods
- Upgraded insulation to modern building standards
These improvements will help homes stay warmer, more energy efficient, and easier to maintain, supporting our ongoing commitment to investing in homes both now and for the future.
