Our new and improved Bath Crescent

Ensuring we're improving our residents homes is something we care about!

We recently completed works at Bath Crescent, one of our over 55s sheltered living schemes as part of our reinvestment programme. 

Our residents who live at Bath Crescent are delighted with their new and improved living areas. The work was carried out by our contractor Ian Williams who completed the following: 

• Full internal and external decoration

• New carpet and vinyl flooring throughout

• New fitted lights

• New communal kitchen

• New ceiling

• New communal bathroom

To acknowledge the work being completed and as a thank you to our residents for their patience, colleagues, residents, and contractors all came together for a small celebration with a live singer and a buffet. 

A resident commented on the work and said "We can't wait to start using the communal lounges again, it's a much more inviting space for us to gather!"

Another resident who lives at Bath Crescent said "The Operatives worked extremely hard and always very polite, thank you. Thank you to Your Housing Group for investing in our scheme!"

We're so pleased that our residents are happy with their space and that our investment allows them to have a safe place to call home.
