Two of our longest serving colleagues celebrated over 40 years’ service with #TeamYHG last week!
Joining us in 1978 and 1984 respectively, Steve and Derek have both been dedicated to delivering safe homes for our residents ever since – a staggering achievement that their line manager, Steven Thay, couldn’t pass up without a bit of fuss (and rightly so!).
Steven said, “Steve and Derek are valued members of the team and they’re highly respected by us all. Nothing is ever to much trouble and their ‘can do’ attitude makes them a pleasure to work with.
“40 years in the same job and they still turn up, fresh, eager, and ready for action - what legends!”
