Construction has begun at Bakers Court, Wigan

We're excited to be bringing 38 new affordable homes to Aspull, in Wigan.

Bakers Court will see the previously unoccupied two-acre site transformed into a safe and thriving new community with a mix of two and three bed homes, which will be available for shared ownership and affordable rent. All of our homes will also be fitted with solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points.

Our Executive Director of Asset, Lorraine Donnelly said "We’re delighted to be partnering with MCI Developments again, to create more mixed tenure homes in the Wigan area. This new site is another step in delivering our vision of ensuring more people have a safe place to call home.”
