We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Forshaw Construction to complete the final phase of our Manor Gardens development in Hartford.
Bolton based Forshaw is an award-winning developer with whom we have experience working with. They will lead on completing the 70 remaining homes and works around the site including highways and lighting, with work beginning imminently.
Work paused at the development in April 2023 when the previous contractor went into administration.

It was really important that our new partner understood the importance of completing Manor Gardens to both YHG and our residents. We are delighted to be working with Forshaw to complete this development and delivering for our customers and the local community.”

Manor Gardens is a development of 108 new homes. It features a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows, with properties available to buy through shared ownership.
The completion of final homes at Manor Gardens is now expected to be early 2025.
