We’re pleased to share that we’ve been awarded the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Bronze Accreditation.
This is an important milestone that recognises the progress we’ve made in how we identify, respond to and support residents experiencing domestic abuse, ensuring they have a safe place to call home.
This accreditation means a lot to us as an organisation. It demonstrates that we have strong, consistent foundations in place and that our approach is trauma‑informed, compassionate and centred on customer safety.
Our colleagues have worked extremely hard to achieve this accreditation because we want our residents to know that they can reach out to us if they are experiencing domestic abuse at any point in their lives.
The DAHA Accreditation means:
- We have clear and robust processes for recognising and responding to domestic abuse
- Colleagues have access to the right training, tools and guidance to support residents safely and confidently
- We will continue to build a culture where safety, trust and wellbeing sit at the heart of how we work.
By strengthening our approach, we’re ensuring our residents feel heard, supported and protected when they need us most.
This is a collective achievement, one that makes a real difference for the people and communities we serve. Together, we are ensuring more people have a safe place to call home.
