We welcome the regulator’s recognition of our strong governance, financial stability and the meaningful ways we involve and listen to our customers.
The Regulator of Social Housing has today published its inspection findings for us, recognising our strong governance (G1) and financial viability (V2), as well as our commitment to transparency, tenant engagement and providing safe, well‑maintained homes.
The regulator confirmed that we have robust systems in place for health and safety, accurate home condition records and effective oversight from our Board. They also highlighted the meaningful ways our customers influence and scrutinise our services.
The inspection acknowledged the progress we are making to improve our repairs and maintenance service, noting better timeliness, communication and customer involvement. However, the regulator concluded that we need to demonstrate these improvements consistently over a longer period and has therefore issued a C2 judgment for consumer standards. We fully accept this and remain focused on delivering sustained and long‑lasting improvements.
We want to thank our colleagues for their hard work and professionalism, and our customers for their honesty, time and partnership throughout the inspection.
We will continue to work closely with the regulator as we strengthen our repairs performance to ensure we deliver the quality of homes and services that our customers deserve.
