We are pleased to confirm that the sale of Waters Cross, our independent living scheme in Northwich, has now been completed.
Since opening in 2021, Waters Cross has provided 70 purpose-built one- and two-bedroom apartments for people aged 55 and over. Throughout the sale process, our priority has been ensuring continuity, stability, and the best possible outcome for residents.
Following close collaboration between Your Housing Group and Weaver Vale Housing Trust, ownership of the scheme has now transferred to Weaver Vale, a local registered housing provider based in Northwich. This partnership approach has helped ensure a smooth transition and a strong future for the scheme.
We are pleased that the sale will allow Waters Cross to continue operating as high quality accommodation for older people in central Northwich. Most importantly, we are confident that this outcome reflects our commitment to putting customers at the heart of our decisions and ensuring they continue to receive the support and service they deserve.
