We’re proud to share that we have been shortlisted for three awards at the Housing Heroes Awards 2026, recognising the outstanding work of our colleagues and teams.
Our shortlisted categories are:
- Aspire, Engage, Evolve (our three-tier management development programme) - Outstanding achievement in training and recruitment
- Mike Gaskell (our former Chair of the Board) - Lifetime achievement in housing
- David Horner (Multi-skilled Joiner) - Inspirational colleague of the year (large organisation).
These shortlists highlight the talent, dedication and passion across our organisation – from the impactful work of our Learning & Development team and their investment in colleagues, to recognising the long‑standing contribution of our former Chair and celebrating colleagues who go above and beyond every day to make a difference, such as David.
The awards finale will take place on 26 June 2026 at Manchester Central, celebrating leaders, innovators and changemakers across the housing sector. Organised by Inside Housing, the ceremony shines a spotlight on the exceptional impact made by teams and individuals.
