We're delighted to announce that we've been re-accredited the Tpas Landlord Accreditation for a further three years!
Tpas are England's leading tenant engagement experts who support and promote tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing. The accreditation which they offer aims to ensure landlords are actively involving their tenants in their services and we're pleased to have achieved this for the fourth year.
Tpas acknowledged our strong links between our resident groups and our governance when awarding us with the accreditation. One example of this is how we've directly engaged with over 75% of our residents living in our high-rise homes by inviting them to join us for our annual High-Rise Forum.

The Tpas Landlord Accreditation is the mark of excellence for customer engagement and it's the only independent evidence-based accreditation scheme.
We were first accredited in 2021 and received our second accreditation later last year. On both occasions, we have to provide evidence of engagement against the seven Tpas Tenant Engagement Standards which are:

- Information & Communication
- Resources for Engagement
- Community & Wider Engagement
