As part of our Annual Customer Engagement Awards & Celebration, we’re inviting nominations for Your Housing Group residents.

This is your chance to shine a spotlight on someone in your community who truly deserves recognition. Whether it’s a neighbour who always lends a hand, someone who brings people together, or a resident who quietly makes a difference - this is your chance to say thank you and celebrate them. You can nominate a resident for one (or more!) of the following awards, based on our core values. Nominations are only valid for existing Your Housing Group residents.

We’d love to hear about someone who always does what they say they’ll do, and who people know they can count on. Maybe they’re the first to offer help, always speak up with honesty, or just quietly keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Think about how this person shows care and compassion in everyday life. Do they go out of their way to support others? Are they someone who notices when someone’s struggling and steps in to help? Do they make people feel seen, heard, and valued?
Think about how this person shows respect and fairness in everyday life. Do they treat everyone equally and with kindness? Are they someone who listens without judgement and helps others feel safe and included? Do they stand up for others or help resolve issues calmly and respectfully?
Think about how this person helps make their building a great place to live. Are they someone who takes pride in their building, raises concerns responsibly and helps keep shared spaces safe and welcoming? Do they go above and beyond to support others and make a positive difference in high-rise living?
Think about how this person has made a positive difference in their community. Do they bring people together, support local initiatives or give their time to help others? Do they go above and beyond to make their neighbourhood a better place for everyone?
Think about how this person helps make their neighbourhood a friendly and supportive place to live. Are they always willing to lend a hand, check in on neighbours or offer support when it's needed?

Event details

Please note: Finalists will be contacted by Monday 23 November to attend our Customer Engagement Awards & Celebration 2026 on Thursday 10 December from 11.15am until 3pm at Birchwood, Warrington. Transport to and from the event will be organised.
