We’re delighted to welcome you to your new home! Here are a few important safety tips to help keep you, your family, and visitors safe while the development is being completed.

Safety on site

Welcome to your new home! As you settle in and get to know your surroundings, please remember that parts of the development may still be under construction. While it might soon feel like everything is complete, work will continue in some areas for a little while longer.

Your safety—and the safety of those around you—is our top priority. Here are a few simple steps to help keep everyone safe until the site is fully finished.

What you can expect

Construction sites can sometimes be noisy or dusty, and you may notice site vehicles or machinery moving materials around. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed about any planned work that might affect you and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Keep children supervised

Please make sure children understand the risks and never wander around the site unsupervised.

Look after pets

Pets should be kept indoors or closely supervised until the site is completely safe.

Park responsibly

Use the designated parking areas to avoid blocking access for construction vehicles.

Avoid restricted areas

Some parts of the development may still be fenced off. These areas are strictly off-limits for your safety.

Why this matters

We know building sites can look exciting—especially to children—but they are not safe places to play. Sadly, accidents do happen every year despite safety measures. By following these precautions, you’ll help prevent harm to your family, pets, and visitors.

Your understanding and care make a big difference. Together, we can ensure everyone stays safe while the finishing touches are completed.
