Over the past year, we’ve made real progress:
- Built 400 new homes
- Helped 176 families take their first step into home ownership
- Generated £22 million from property sales – reinvested into services and new homes
- Added 112 existing homes to our portfolio and started work on 38 more
Growth isn’t just about new builds – it’s about making smart moves to increase the number of homes available in different ways.
Looking ahead we’re on track to:
- Deliver over 500 new homes in the next 12 months
- Meet our Homes England pledge
- Support 200 more families into home ownership
- Explore new funding to keep building and improving
