We’re members of Resolve – a group that helps organisations like ours deal with antisocial behaviour and keep communities safe. Through regular training and up-to-date advice, we stay on top of what works. Most importantly, we listen to you and act on what you tell us needs to change.
We were proud to receive The Resolve Standard in June, a national recognition of our high-quality work and strong commitment to tackling anti-social behaviour.
What we’ve done this year:
- Resolved 1,045 ASB cases
- Resolved 930 of ASB cases at the first intervention
- ASB handling satisfaction is at 67% (up by 4% from last year)
You can still report ASB to us here.
Sadly, domestic abuse is still far too common, and it can have a serious impact on someone’s mental health, physical wellbeing, and family life. Domestic abuse can affect anyone.
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe at home. That’s why we take a caring and clear approach to supporting anyone affected by domestic abuse. If you ever need us, we’ll be here – working with you and your loved ones to help keep you safe.
We carry out detailed risk assessments, so the right people are informed and ready to act quickly and with care. It’s not just a process – it can save lives.
Over the past 12 months, we have:
- Supported 344 residents impacted by domestic abuse
- Continued working towards Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) accreditation by 2026.
Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and free from harm. That’s why we work closely with local safeguarding teams, to help protect your right to live without abuse or neglect.
It’s a vital part of how we support you, making sure no one is left without the help they need.
To achieve this, we’ve done a lot over the last 12 months, including:
- Reshaped our Domestic Abuse team to offer more focused and effective support
- Introduced a team of dedicated Domestic Abuse Co-ordinators (DACs)
- Trained all customer-facing teams on how to follow our Domestic Abuse (DA) procedure
- Managed 1,097 safeguarding cases.
