Your Tenancy Management Officer is your consistent point of contact throughout your tenancy. They ensure you have direct contact with us so we can deliver the right service at the right time for you.  


What is my Tenancy Management Officer responsible for?

  • Delivering an efficient housing management service centred around our customers’ needs  
  • Coordinating and supporting resident associations and local community-led priority neighbourhood initiatives 
  • Supporting working groups and door knocking initiatives. This ensures we keep to our customer connect pledges 
  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly local drop-in services at local community hubs. 
  • Providing you with accurate and appropriate advice. This can be for things like tenant and landlord obligations, rights and responsibilities 
  • Providing help with paying rent and financial support.
  • Conducting home visits at the start of your tenancy. This can capture any changes to household circumstances and make sure any support is provided. The safety and wellbeing of our customers is paramount. 
  • Enforcing the terms of the tenancy agreement where necessary. Also referring and escalating any reports from customers to anti-social behaviour (ASB) legal officers 
  • Supporting block inspections or access visits with building safety and compliance teams. These help keep your home and building safe. It also ensures we are compliant with building safety and fire prevention legislation 
  • Resolving environmental issues in open areas in a timely and efficient way. We do this with the support of our site compliance officers and communal facilities agents. They deal with things like fly tipping, litter, graffiti, repairs, abandoned vehicles, abandoned properties, dog fouling, and vandalism.
