Lizzie Powell, Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management of all four schemes. Lizzie joined Avantage in 2009 when the schemes first opened.
Amanda Jones
Amanda Jones, Retirement Living Services Coordinator, is CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualified with over 40 years’ experience in the sector. Amanda manages the application process and all aspects of tenancy and housing management.
Nena Jokic
Nena Jokic, Retirement Living Services Coordinator, has over 25 years’ experience in housing. Nena manages the application process and provides housing management and support to residents.
Dawn Billington
Dawn Billington, Sales Advisor, comes from an estate agency background. Dawn joined the Avantage team in 2008 and is responsible for assisting residents who are either buying or selling their apartment, including liaising with solicitors, surveyors and estate agents.
Our scheme managers
Each development has a scheme manager, responsible for a team of administrators, site officers and housekeeping. They work to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered, while helping residents run a varied programme of events. The scheme managers are also responsible for making sure the required standards of health and safety are met, giving residents peace of mind.
Our schemes have a dedicated Retirement Living Services team to coordinate various aspects of housing management, including assisting with repairs and maintenance and providing a reception service, which is open six or seven days a week.
The care team are on site 24/7, 365 days a year. This gives the security, support and peace of mind you need to enjoy your retirement. A care package is created to suit your individual needs, and is flexible to change as time goes on. Each apartment also has an emergency alarm pullcord.
Each scheme has a monthly programme of activities and events. These include crafting, coffee afternoons, bingo, gardening club, reading group, exercise classes, multi-generational activities and live entertainment.
