Brian Cronin, BA FCCA
Group Chief Executive
Brian was appointed as Group Chief Executive of Your Housing Group in April 2012.
Throughout his tenure, Brian has successfully steered the Group to deliver greater value for money and strengthen the organisation’s position, despite the severe financial pressures facing the housing sector. He has overseen a complete restructure of the Group, eliminating pre and post-merger complexities, embraced innovation and technology as a future-proof means to engage with customers as well as streamline operations, and created a new business, Fix360, which will deliver all Your Housing Group’s repairs and maintenance requirements across its portfolio.
In addition to Brian’s role at Your Housing Group, he was the founding Chair of Fusion21, an award-winning organisation which brought together seven leading Associations to jointly procure maintenance. He was also founding Chair of Procurement for Housing (PfH), the national procurement agency for housing organisations.
Brian, in his spare time, enjoys cycling and is an avid supporter of Everton Football Club.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Jacque joined Your Housing Group as Chief Operating Officer in March 2020 and was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in early 2021.
Jacque has worked within the social housing sector for over 29 years and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Strategic Management.
Jacque’s overarching role is focused on the provision of high-quality services that customers’ value and Jacque leads all operational areas across YHG’s portfolio which includes; customer connect, landlord services, supported housing, sheltered and retirement living, asset investment, growth and repairs & maintenance.
Jacque entered Executive Leadership roles over 15 years ago, which includes Director of Dales Housing, Group Director of Operations at Acclaim Housing and Director of Housing & Customers at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
Chief Financial Officer
Nicki has worked within the social housing sector for around 10 years, following a successful career in the private sector, and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Nicki’s overarching role is focused on the provision of an effective and efficient finance service that has value for money at its core; delivering statutory and regulatory information to our stakeholders and providing the organisation with timely and accurate financial information at every level to maintain our financial viability and make informed decisions in line with our corporate objectives.
Nicki is a non-executive Parent Board member of Southway Housing Trust and Chair of the commercial subsidiary, Southway Plus Limited.
