Colleagues and residents across a number of our schemes really made an impact with this year’s “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”.
Kingswood, Daisy Haye, Hazelmere, Hollymere, St Paul’s Court, Old Hall Community Centre, Elaine Price Court, Ryfields, Church Brook House, and Judd House all hosted a coffee morning, enjoying cake sales, raffles, and sharing buffets.
Some schemes even went a step further with putting on special entertainment, such as one of our residents at St Paul’s Court performing songs from Les Misérables, and The British Sign Language Choir performing at Old Hall Community Centre (even performing a few Christmas carols at the end).
Across all 10 schemes, an absolutely incredible £3,301 was raised and has been donated to Macmillan, as well as very generous donations going to St Catherine’s Hospice and Breast Cancer Now.
It looks like an amazing time was had by all, and we’re so proud that so many of our residents and colleagues took their time to raise funds for such great causes.
