Our values reflect what it is to be part of #TeamYHG and acknowledge our behaviours both with each other and with our customers and partners.

We measure performance on outputs and quality, not hours and minutes. Homeworking is a permanent option for 37 percent of colleagues, including those working in our customer contact centre.

And in Warrington, our state-of-the-art wellbeing and collaboration space, Youggle House, named after our award-winning intranet, has three floors of dedicated working, social and meeting space.
