As the amount of rent and charges we collect affects the level of service we provide, we do take a firm approach when residents owe us rent, but we understand that people face difficulties at times. If you fall into arrears or need general money advice, contact us and our money advice officers can provide support and advice to help customers get back to a position where they can maintain payments to us.
