Ryfields Village is an extra care housing scheme and is a partnership between Your Housing Group, Warrington Community Living and Warrington Borough Council.

The Village is a development of properties for retired people in Warrington. Some of the properties are for rent, some are for sale, and others are available on a part rent, part buy basis. 

Care and support is on hand throughout the day and night for those who need it and are eligible.

The Village aim is to have a spread of age ranges and care needs, from those with no needs to those with very high ones and it aims to reflect the diverse population of Warrington.
