Direct Debit is the safest, easiest and cheapest way to make payments. By paying by Direct Debit you could have more time, money and control over your cash flow.
Depending on the balance on your rent account and your on-going charge, we will agree the frequency and amount with you and then the payments are made automatically. If there are any changes to the amount, you will receive 14 days’ notice in writing.
What is direct debit?
It’s the best way for you to make rent payments. It’s all done automatically so you can have peace of mind. All you have to do is set up an agreed amount of money and choose the best day of the month for your payment to be made, to ensure you don’t fall into arrears between payments. It’s unlikely but If there is any mistake you’re guaranteed to receive and full and immediate refund.
Why set up direct debit?
You can choose the best date for you to make a payment. You can choose how frequent your payments are – either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You have more money as you don’t need to call every time to make a payment. You have more time as you don’t need to wait in a queue. You don’t need to worry about missing payments as they are made automatically.
Can I choose when the direct debit payments are taken?
Yes - you can choose various dates and frequencies – as long as your payments reach us in time – you can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You will be given 14 days notice to any changes in amounts and you can choose to cancel the Direct Debit at any time.
