Step by step guide to finding the right place for you:

1. Search for homes near you. See the links below. And don’t forget to check regularly as new properties are listed all the time.
2. When you find a home that’s right for you, bid on it. You can bid on more than one home at a time.
3. All bids will be reviewed and shortlisted. These are then ranked from highest priority to lowest. The highest priority will be offered the property first.
4. If you’re successful, we’ll ask you come to an interview and if everything’s in order, you can view the property. If you decide that the property isn’t right for you, no problem. We’ll offer it to the next on the shortlist.
